On November 9th, 2009, Major Nidal Hasan entered the soldiers service center and murdered thirteen people and attempted to murder up to thirty-two others. It is nearly three years since that incident and the families of the victims still await the justice they deserve. the military waits for the justice to be given to a member who turned traitor, and America waits for the justice due to her after she finds she has harbored a monster for years, given that monster shelter, education, and opportunity only to be stung by the fanaticism of the monster. Why is it this monster isn’t dead?
Do not mistake the zealotry of this son of a pig for some kind of mental disturbance, for it was not. He carefully pre-meditated these crimes. He took the time to become involved with another terrorist, Anwar al-Awlaki, and slurped up his message of hate and jihad to be given as a muslim to all the unclean Americans. when he bought a weapon he made sure it was the most technically advance handgun he could get, so as he could inflict greater damage.
Now, Hasan wants to plead guilty for religious reasons, but we won’t let him. We won’t let him do it, because his crimes carry the death sentence and that would be tantamount to letting Hasan commit suicide. Become a martyr I guess. Well I, for one, say let him have his martyrdom. He wants to die, why isn’t he dead. There are multiple witness accounts naming him as the shooter. There are the accounts of the responding officers. There is his guilty plea, then there are the witnesses to his pre-meditation when he purchased the gun. I don’t see how this is not an open and shut case. He wants onto the expressway to hell? This is Texas I say move him over into the fast lane. This should have been a deal where he could have been wheeled from the hospital to the execution chamber. Who needs to have this much wait time, have the trial postponed so long, for the inevitable. It is not as if there were a shadow of a doubt here. but now Hasan is moving to interfere with the trial some more.
The muslim extremist zealot won’t shave his beard a clear violation of the Army’s regulations, of which Hasan is still and active duty member. This causes problems for the judge, who says it is a distraction and removes him from the room, but at the same time he doesn’t want to leave any room for the slimy, bottom feeding lawyers to sneak in there with some mistrial bull crap, or appeals process. No, the judge will have him forcibly shaved soon. I say strap that mother down, get a straight razor and peel that beard off him. While doing it you can slip and open that throat, giving justice to grieving families and saving the United States millions and millions in trial and housing dollars, not to mention the expense of the execution. Don’t worry, the military will fill out an accident report and call it a veterinary accident, killing a stray dog during a medical procedure. You’ll take a class on how to shave properly and that paper work will get filed in the round folder. The end, justice served.
If only it would go that way. But, since the technician won’t slit his throat, and the responding officer didn’t make sure he was dead the first time, we’ll have to put up with Hasan’s antics for probably the next twenty years.
