Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.) has said that if Congress does not pass a comprehensive immigration bill then the President has the responsibility to block or stop the deportations of illegal immigrants. What I don’t get is what planet this a$$hole is from? If the branch of the government responsible for making the laws doesn’t make the law you want, then you want the President of the United States to stop enforcing the laws in place, in clear violation of the Constitution. From a Democrat Libtard I guess this is the norm. Do what we want or we will either assassinate your characters and get our lapdogs in the media to help, define you as a terrorist, throw a temper tantrum until you give us what we want, or violate the spirit and intent of the law and do whatever the hell we feel like anyway. After all we’re the Democrats, we are endangered animal blowing tree huggers, who want social justice, fairness for all but the middle class and the rich, and world citizenship for everyone so we can get voted into office in perpetuity.
Funny thing is, the Obama administration has already failed to enforce several laws, from the ObamaCare employer mandate, immigration deportation for children who entered the country at a certain time, the DREAM act, DOMA, mandatory drug sentencing, the GM bailout. Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution states, “he [The President] shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed,” Yet the examples of Obama failing to do this are piling up and getting worse. The President doesn’t have the ability to defy the Constitution and if Congress were to call him on it, he could be looking at offenses that might even be deemed impeachable offenses, and this Libtard wants him to block deportations of between 11-15 million people on a whim if the Dems in Congress don’t get their way.
Guess what…we’re not interested in immigration reform that allows 11-15 million criminals instant citizenship and all the welfare and food stamps that come with the hard work of sneaking across the border. We have enough drains on the system with the people who refuse to work and live on the government dole now, and the last thing we need to do is add 8-9 million more human sponges. They can live off the largesse of some other country, maybe their home country, the one they owe their allegiance.
